Supporting the mind and body through steady, compassionate practice.
The Shala is a community-centered yoga space rooted in ancient tradition. We are dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone and provide yoga as a way to let go, grow, heal, and connect.
Inspired by traditional yoga, we honor yoga as a way of living. Inviting balance, awareness, and compassion into our teachings. Our practices are gentle, intentional, and adaptable. We meet each person where they are and honor the natural rhythm of life.
Guided by yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic wisdom, we recognize that everyone is unique. Classes are offered with care and respect for differing needs, seasons of life, and states of being.
The Shala strives to build community and connection. It is a sanctuary where healing unfolds through shared practice, quiet reflection, and mindful movement.
We invite you to arrive as you are.

"I love going to Trisha’s yoga classes! She inspires me to do my best, but when I am
struggling with a pose, she gives me gentle encouragement. She provides a space
where you feel wonderful, even when you fall short of maintaining a pose. Trisha always
tells you the meaning behind our classes and poses. It feels like an escape from life’s
craziness even after her class!"

"I joined my very first yoga class with Trisha a few months ago. She made it an incredibly
positive experience, and that calmed my nervousness. I love Trisha’s soothing voice,
how she teaches proper yoga techniques, and uses Sanskrit terminology…it adds so
much to the experience! I am now hooked. She gave me confidence to take more
classes!"

"Trisha is an amazing yoga teacher. She brings much more to her class than just leading students through a series of poses. She brings stories and insights into the deeper parts of yoga. She brings deep care to every person in her class."
